We are a long time and happy customer of Dog Watch. When we had to move a fence on one side of our property we scheduled a Service Call with Dog Watch.
The Team that responded included Tom Gray from Dog Watch of South Florida and our new Local Dealer Ron Knight - Dog Watch of the Treasure Coast. They came to fix our issue and ended up completely re-wiring our entire installation - around 14 acres - turns out that they felt the original installation has used a couple of different gauge wires and they felt it best to make our system perfect. We were happy to pay for the extra work we needed and were VERY HAPPY when they said that they had to make our system compliant with Dog Watch's high standards. Dog Watch Corporate stepped up and made this happen for us.

This is a wonderful product. Gives you peace of mind with your dog. It's great for large or small properties. My golden doodle will always go to the neighbors houses and towards a Main Street. Now, he is confined to our property and to our beach. After the initial install, we needed to expand the perimeter on the beach and they came out and did it without any problem. Extremely friendly and very professional. My dog was trained immediately. I thought he would forget because this is our second home, but he has never had a problem not remembering where the borders are. Great peace of mind. Well worth the money!

Hello , I'd like to share my story with you. I opened the door of my house, and my black Labrador ran out into the street. The driver saw her and missed hitting the dog. At that moment, I realized that she could have been killed. I CRIED! I called my friend. She had DOGWATCH installed for her two dogs. She immediately told me to call. I did, and within two days the system was installed. I now have a peace of mind for the safety. My Labrador will be with me a little longer. Now, she loves to run around in the yard within her own space. She's happier and me too . Thanks to Tom and Tony at DOGWATCH for their hard work.

DogWatch, Thank-you for your very fast service. It is reassuring to know your service is fast and the Electric Fence works. My mom will be in town this winter and isn’t strong enough to handle out Big Dog. I know the fence will hold him☺ Bark-Bark!

Excellent job! Quick installation on a short notice, just took 2-3 days to have the whole system up and running with training for the dogs included. We have a Weimeraner and a Beagle that were escaping the 1 acre property multiple times a day, on a daily basis, due to a decaying fence. Since then, the dogs have learned to stay within boundaries, and the headache of having to chase the dogs, or having the neighbors or police coming home to let us know the dogs were outside is something of the past. Tom is the owner of the company, he has quite the knowledge and experience on this systems. This is more than a job for him, he enjoys this business which he performs in his retirement, he doesn’t need to, but he likes what he does, you will know that from the time you get in contact with him. Very personable. He is very professional and helpful when it come to explaining things in layman terms. Very happy with our decision of installing DogWatch!!
